అయ్యా ,

The SHO/IO of   కేసు సంఖ్య ,   ఠాణా [PS] పేరు రాయు,  has drawn false findings through his flawed investigation, due to extraneous considerations. As an accused-victim  in the case, my queries did not elicit any information, nor my inputs were factored in, especially with regard to her claims. Hence, this application.

Kindly Inform/Clarify/Provide/Furnish with certified copies of the following:

1).The copy of హాజరు పట్టి of entire investigation team (including names and employee id) pertaining to FIR no 114/2010 from ఇక్కడ నీకు నచిన తేదీలు వేసుకో  

2). The qualification of the దర్యాప్తు అధికారి 

3). Details of bills(tour/visits/camps) by the SHO/IO to all places(with dates and timings) concerned with the investigation and proceedings in respect of all persons mentioned.

4) Instructions/Laws/orders/G.O’s from your higher officials/superiors to arrest the accused without giving notice to the accused victim in 498a cases. 

5). The exhibits [related to the offence, as claimed by the complainant of Case No] collected by the IO/SHO, if any,  before registering the FIR as provided U/s 170 CrPc.

6). Instructions/Laws/Orders/G.O’s from your higher officials/superiors about the qualification of the IO’s to investigate the 498a casses

7). The copies of  Station House Dairy, Station Movement Register and Daily Diary Report, Police Diary,  General Diary (DDR) of your PS  from ఇక్కడ నీకు నచిన తేదీలు వేసుకో  

8). The copy of Magistrate orders received and date/time to investigate the case.

10) The copy of Magistrate orders received and date/time to file the case in the said jurisdiction.

11). The copy of the circular issued by the Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, as per the instructions given by the Supreme Court of India in the judgment of Joginder Kumar Vs State of UP dated: 25/04/1994.

On receipt of information under this application, I intend to carry out inspection of case-file (FIR:?????? ) and all the connected records for perusal and taking notes/video at a mutually convenient place and time, including the station/case files. I may also be seek assistance of any representative during inspection.
